He was only 28 years old and lost his life riding his motorcycle. A passion, that for two wheels, which Luca Guastella shared with his brother. He collided with him, first flying over the guard rail and falling into a ravine, during a tour of Lake Garda along the road which goes down from Valvestino towards Gargnano, in the province of Brescia. With them there were other friends, companions on what was supposed to be the classic Sunday out of town, which ended in tragedy, just like in the nearby Gavardo and Costa Volpino, theaters of two other fatal accidents.
Luca was originally from Until Mornascoin the province of Como, the city where he had recently moved with his partner. Like many of his peers in the area, he was a cross-border commuter: he worked in Switzerland.
