Rimini, 26 June 2024 – After the nine and a half hour interrogation to which he was subjected last Tuesday Louis Dassilva, the only person under investigation formurder of Pierina Paganelli, to take the floor, to provide some clarifications also following the rumors leaked to the press, was Manuela Bianchidaughter-in-law of the victim, who in the past had an extramarital relationship with the 34-year-old Senegalese, her neighbor on the third floor of the condominium in Via Del Ciclamino.

Manuela’s first clarification concerns the affair with Louis: “It’s absolutely not true that it continued until June”, said Bianchi. The day before yesterday, when leaving the Rimini court, Dassilva’s consultant, the criminologist Roberta Bruzzone wanted to reiterate that “Louis he was absolutely not in love of Manuela”.
Bianchi herself intervenes on this point: “I can’t say whether Louis had been in love with me or not, I can only mean that my feeling was sincere it’s important”. As for his possible involvement in the investigation, Manuela adds, “we absolutely have no fear of any extension of the investigations, we are calm and confident in the work of the Prosecutor’s Office”.
Bianchi says “convinced that Louis was not involved in the events because in my opinion he would have had no reason to kill Pierina, also considering that “I had already decided to leave the marital home in April 2023. Giuliano was aware of this and so was Pierina. Louis has always shown himself to be a person available to everyone and never violent.”
