Big contrasts about Italy during the Easter period. The atmospheric circulationa will be the basis of truly notable differences both in terms of rains which will only affect a part of the Peninsula thermal as the African winds that will accompany the various disturbed fronts will cause the maximum values to skyrocket well above average over different regions. At times especially in the far South it can reach 30°C on Easter Monday. But let’s see what we should expect then.
TEMPERATURES THURSDAY: values still generally on average in the North and on the Tyrrhenian coast, a slight above average is expected in Sardinia, on the Adriatic and the extreme South
TEMPERATURES FRIDAY: generalized increase with a large above average along the Adriatic where peaks of 25/26°C can be reached. Only Liguria will be in line with the period.
SATURDAY TEMPERATURES: decrease in part of the North which falls within the average. Decidedly above average elsewhere with peaks of 25/26°C not only in the Center-South but locally also in the North in Emilia Romagna, also thanks to the Garbino winds.
EASTER SUNDAY TEMPERATURES: maximum values more in line in the North except for a slight above average in Emilia Romagna. elsewhere positive anomalies up to 5/7°C above normal in the far South.
TEMPERATURES ON EASTER MONDAY: April 1st starts the comparison with the average of the new month. The northern regions, the central Tyrrhenian ones up to Campania and Sardinia will generally be in line. Elsewhere values above average with peaks of 28/30°C in eastern Sicily.
