How to make your employees happy? No, we’re not talking about various bonuses, extra holidays or short weeks (which aren’t bad anyway). But of the exclusive concert by Elodie, Max Pezzali and The Kolors. The lucky employees are those of Accenture, a multinational strategic consultancy company, which organized an unprecedented event for the company party, sparing no expense.

The event in Milan

The occasion is the Accenture Purple Party, organized at MiCo Milano Congressi. A space large enough to accommodate all the employees of the Lombardy headquarters, in an event that has now become a must for the company. Last year the special guest was Lda. In 2024, however, the bar has definitely been raised. And the employees went crazy.

It was above all Elodie who unleashed them, who performed for an hour showing off her most famous pieces and having fun together with the special spectators. After her it was Max Pezzali’s turn. The Kolors closed the evening. On social media, employees recounted the event with videos and photos, using enthusiastic tones towards the company that gave them an experience to remember.
