In addition to the possible return of Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man in the next Avengers film, recently there has been a lot of discussion about the latest statements by Anson Mount, actor of Black Bolt.
If you remember, Black Bolt appeared in the last film Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, with a brief cameo that literally cost him his head. Since then nothing more has been heard about the character, even if he is the same one Mount never closed its doors permanently:
“If the answer was yes, I couldn’t tell you“, declared the interpreter regarding his possible return.
“But the answer is no. I had some informal chats with the managers [Marvel]but they are focused on the new Phase […] We will see. I would really like to return. I love the character of Black Bolt“.
The words of the American interpreter must evidently have given hope to the fans, who have gathered several times on social media to discuss his next adventures in the MCU. She thought about it, however, the person directly interested in her take stock of the situationperhaps permanently.
In response to those who suggested that Inhumans would appear in Avengers: Secret WarsMount responded to X as follows:
“Really interesting […] Please tell me more about this contract that I mysteriously signed while I was asleep. I’m so curious about details from a feed that’s clearly not driving clicks“.
The Avengers’ new effort, according to the well-known insider My Time to Shine Hello, would be the best opportunity to inaugurate the new cycle of Steve Rogers’ Captain America, which would apparently have already sorted out the bureaucratic aspects related to his reintroduction into the MCU.
