In particular, he worked for 15 years in companies active in the medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors. Furthermore, he spent eight years in the information technology sector, dealing mainly with the European market, and seven years in companies specialized in management consulting, mainly active in the healthcare sector. In his new role, he will have the objective of guiding the further growth of the company on the Italian market.

The law firm Pavia and Ansaldo continues its internal growth strategy, with the appointment of Francesco Vitella a new partner. Formerly a counsel, an expert in labor law and industrial relations, Vitella joined Pavia e Ansaldo in 2011. Throughout his career, he has assisted Italian and international clients in all areas of labor law, from contracts, also in connection with M&A and private equity transactions, to the management of employment relationships at every stage, including individual and collective dismissals, business transfers and international secondments. A PhD in civil procedural law, and the author of numerous publications in legal journals on the subject, the lawyer is a member of the association of Italian Labor Lawyers (Agi) and the International Bar Association (Ib).
