RAVENNA – The Cip (Italian Paralympic Committee) of Emilia-Romagna and the Cip of Trento, organize, in collaboration with the Inail Emilia-Romagna regional directorate and the Inail provincial directorates of Trento and Bolzano, the first summer sailing and sailing campus paralympic fishing, dedicated to 10 clients from Emilia-Romagna and 5 clients from Trentino Alto Adige.
The Campus is scheduled from 16 to 20 September 2024 at the “Marinara” tourist port. The sailing activity will be organized and carried out by the sailing school “Marinando 2.0” of Marina di Ravenna, and the fishing activity with the collaboration of the Fishing Federation (FIPSAS) of Ravenna. Inail members who will take part in the campus will have the opportunity, in a context of participation and social inclusion, to experiment with sailing and fishing with the aim of encouraging the introduction to these sports disciplines and also to make people aware of and experience the sea more closely for better psycho-physical well-being. To participate in the initiative, members are required to be able to swim and have good functionality of the upper limbs. Participation in the campus will be free for both members and a maximum of one adult family member/companion for each member. The possible participation of additional family members/companions is foreseen at their own expense. Family members/companions will not be able to practice the aforementioned sports activities but only attend as spectators.
The registration deadline expires on Friday 5 July. Applications for participation in the Campus must be submitted, by 5 July 2024, to the competent Inail office using the application form and the privacy information duly completed and signed, together with the medical certificate for non-competitive sports activities. The documents can be delivered by hand to the reference social worker or sent by email to the email address of the competent Inail office and for information to the social worker herself. Those interested in participating in the Campus must submit – by the deadline of 5 July 2024 – to the competent INAIL office the membership form and the privacy information (attachment n.2 – for patients from Emilia-Romagna and Trentino – or anhang n.2 in German – for patients from Alto Adige), duly completed and signed, together with the medical certificate for non-competitive sporting activity. The documents can be delivered by hand to the relevant social worker or sent via email to the email address of the competent INAIL office and for information to the social worker himself.
By Wednesday 31 July 2024, confirmation of participation will be given by CIP Emilia-Romagna and CIP Trento to those who are included in the initiative.
