Fondazione Sistema Toscana (in-house company of the Tuscany Region that deals with promotion and communication, about 50 employees): today strike (high participation) and picket (high participation) in Florence in Piazza Duomo in front of the Region. The strike was called by Filcams Cgil, which represents the part of the staff (about thirty workers) pertaining to the Trade Contract and the Staff Leasing pertaining to the Trade Contract. “In light of this excellent response to the mobilization by workers, we ask the Region to urgently call a meeting with the Foundation and the union”, says Filcams Cgil. Which retraced the reasons for the protest: “For three years there has been a negotiation table with sporadic results, the Foundation has never shown clarity on the resources allocated by the Region for the union agreements being developed and more generally the internal remuneration policy is not clear. There is also an abnormal amount of precarious staff in staff leasing, i.e. ‘rented’ staff equal to 13 units of which 2 to be assigned as shown in the January 2024 organizational chart. A picture of extreme confusion remains: on the one hand there is a Management little accustomed to dialogue, comparison and the concretization of the same in actions aimed at improving the internal climate; on the other, a Region that seems not fully aware, at times absent in the internal life of the Foundation”
