The activity of the assistance desks for citizens, local authority technicians and experts will be extended for the months of July and August also in the territory of Bassa Romagna, at the Municipality of Lugo, as ordered by the commissioner structure. The function of the desks is to provide assistance and advice for the investigation in favor of the technicians qualified to draft certified appraisals, useful for allowing families and businesses to compile and submit applications for contributions through the IT platform «Sfinge Alluvione 2023» of the Emilia-Romagna Region.
The desks are made up of staff from the commissioner structure and technicians from Invitalia, the agency of the Ministry of Economy and Finance responsible for the second level preliminary investigation phase. For the Lower Romagna area, the branches are located in the Carmine di Lugo complex, in via Garibaldi 16 and will be open on alternate Wednesdays for the months of July and August (with the exception of the week of August): 3, 17, 31 July and 21 August.
Citizens and businesses, accompanied by their respective technicians authorized to prepare sworn appraisals, will be received by appointment to be booked via the online agenda available on the portal https://servizionline.labassaromagna.it/Agende-Online and on the websites of the municipalities involved or at telephone number 0545 299111, active from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm. To access you must have a Spid identity.
