The ninth edition of the ApuliaDanzaFestival starts on Monday 1st July and ends on Thursday 4th July in BarlettaInternational Summer Workshop born from the common intentions of Ilaria Davvanzo (Arte in Movimento, Trinitapo[1]them), Grazia Ferrante (I Care Dance&Fitness, San Ferdinando di Puglia), Flora Gargano (Dance Theatre, Barlet[1]ta), Michela Borrelli (Studio Borrelli Movement & Therapy, Barletta), the coordination of Monica Mango (In[1]vito alla Danza, Barletta) and the direction of Mauro de Candia (Arte&BallettO, Barletta).
Dance as a link, bond, relationship. The ADF is a summer course with an international appeal and at the same time strongly rooted in the territory as well as attentive to inclusion and awareness policies. The four days of studies will welcome teachers and choreographers of clear fame and with a prestigious artistic profile: Azzurra Schena (dance master and teacher at the Balletto di Roma), Álvaro Rodríguez Piñera (first ballet[1]lerino of the Bordeaux Opera Ballet), Alessandra La Bella (freelance choreographer based in Berlin), and finally Samir Calixto (choreographer of Matter Affects and artist in residence at Scenario Pubblico in Ca[1]tania) for the choreographic masterclass.
Also in this edition the presence of students belonging to dance schools from different parts of Puglia and regions such as Campania certifies the quality of the proposal put forward. The lessons will be held at the Circolo Unione and the foyer of the Teatro Comunale G. Curci of Barletta, which have[1]have made their facilities available for the internship, seeing in the project not only an excellent opportunity to use their premises for artistic training purposes, but also a path to growth for all.[1]ta the community and those present who came from everywhere. Thus the trait d’union imagined by Mauro de Candia, a bridge with the dance from beyond the Alps par excellence and these historic realities of Barletta and the north of Barletta, is greeted also in this ninth edition with euphoria and great optimism by all. Thursday evening, as per tradition, in the Gardini De Nittis of Barletta, the young interns will gather for a[1]city formation entitled “Movimenti In…corso”. Now an unmissable moment of the stage, they will bring[1]no dancing on the street and among the people. To anticipate the performance, the lessons open to parents, relatives and dance teachers where scholarships will be awarded at renowned dance centers and internships.
