We start from Piacenza to arrive in Turin after 230.8 kilometers and just 1100 meters of altitude difference. The first part will be completely flat, then the race will cross Tortona in honor of Fausto Coppi, who lost his life in this very location in 1960. Tortona there will also be a fourth category GPM in the name of Coppi (1.1 km at 6.3%). We will then pass through Alessandria for the intermediate sprint before briefly entering the province of Asti and then the province of Cuneo, where there will be two other fourth category GPMs: the Barbaresco (1.5 km at 6.5%) and the Sommariva Perno (3.1 km at 4.6%)before the final plain towards Turin.
