Logistical difficulties and organic emergencies. These are the main themes addressed in the two-day event that saw all the actors of the judicial system confront each other on the challenges related to the reorganization of judicial offices.
The conference was held in Reggio Calabria at the headquarters of Confindustria, organized by Magistratura Indipendente with the collaboration of the Council of the Bar Association and the Mediterranean University. Through the contributions of the various professionals of the judicial world, the point was made on the organizational measures and regulatory proposals aimed at impact the efficiency of the administration of justice and the judicial system.
A qualified comparison that saw two different realities such as Milan and Reggio dialogue and find each other on the most current issues of judicial organization and policy. The role of theUniversity of Mediterranean Studies of Reggio Calabriawhich, through the participation of Department of Law, Economics and Human Sciencesrepresented the extreme topicality of the issues and the interest in providing its students with the tools for a more in-depth knowledge of central themes for those approaching the various issues related to the legal professions.
What emerges once again is the impossibility of guaranteeing a service that is both fast and efficient, not being in a position to do so. There is a lack of resources and adequate space, but despite the various communications, the problems still remain today.
