LIVORNO. Over goalkeeper or under goalkeeper? The Hamlet-like doubt of Serie D presents itself every transfer market session for all teams. And Livorno is certainly no exception.
In recent weeks we had already told you that this year we would move towards a mix of youth and experience: two young players and an oversized goalkeeper who can play certain matches, perhaps those with more pressure or on difficult pitches, and also act as a mother hen to the two boys. Who is already at home and should remain in the three goalkeepers package is Philip Tani. Born in 2005, he began his youth career in the Livorno Academy and then moved to Pro Livorno Sorgenti. In the last two seasons he has been part of Livorno’s junior team, showing off on many occasions, including the final part of the playoffs.
Good at playing with his feet, with the reputation of being a “penalty saver”, it would be his first experience in the first team and it would be in his hometown team. Which is no small thing. Next to him, born in 2005, the idea is to support a 2006, in order to give more solutions to mister Paul Indians. The good name is that of Lorenzo Pirasborn in 2006, Juventus school, where he worked throughout the youth sector, who last year already played from below altitude in Bra, group A of Serie D which ended in sixth place.

The negotiation with the attacking midfielder born in 1997, formerly of San Donato Tavarnelle and Lucchese, is still on and the last details are missing to bring it to a conclusion. He is a big target for Livorno, the out of category player around which to build the attack.
