The operation was made official in the morning, on the first day of the transfer market. “US Salernitana 1919 announces that it has reached an agreement with SS Lazio for the permanent transfer of the ’03 striker Loum Tchaouna. The Club thanks Tchaouna for his professionalism and commitment and wishes him the best of luck for the rest of his career”.
The 20-year-old, protagonist of a decent season with the seahorse on his chest which allowed him to catch the eye of the Biancoceleste club, greeted the city through social media. “A chapter that is closing and not as we hoped, but God has a better plan for us – the message posted online by Loum Tchaouna -. I sincerely thank the whole club (the technical staff, the managers, the members, the fans, as well as my teammates) for everything he has taught me and given me this season! I wish you the best in the near future because you deserve it”, concluded Tchaouna who greeted everyone with a “Thank you Salerno”.
