Bagnaia’s words

“I finally managed to get back to pole position: the important thing, however, is to be fast on the race pace. I knew I could go below one and thirty, because this morning I was doing a fixed one and thirty-one with the used tyre.” These are the words of Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo), speaking to Sky Sport at the end of the qualifications. “For the Sprint I think of using the soft tire on the rear. We will need to understand the race pace well, but Vinales is certainly the most consistent at the moment. Strategy for qualifying? I decided with the team to start before the others to capitalize on my speed” .
