Soccer Trani has made official two new acquisitions for next season, in which it will want to confirm last year’s great championship, and aim for promotion to Eccellenza, after its journey was interrupted only during the playoff semi-final against Lucera.
The new players who have joined in the last few days are Pasquale Tedone, midfielder born in ’99 and Vincenzo Antonacci, defender born in ’98. Tedone grew up in Bari’s youth team, before moving to D at Audace Cerignola in the 2018/19 season.
Subsequently he made an important leap in category, being purchased by Pro Vercelli, who then loaned him to Fermana in C. Here a long injury kept him away from the field until January 2020, when the Fermo team terminated the loan.
Before arriving in Trani, he played between D and Eccellenza, while last year he played in Molfetta and San Marco. Antonacci, however, returns to Trani after playing in Vigor in the 18/19 and 19/20 seasons.
Growing up as a footballer in Matera, he played for several years in the Eccellenza league with, among others, Bitonto and Massafra.
In the 2022/23 season he won the Promotion championship with Virtus Mola and the following season he played in Eccellenza.
A market that seems to be ambitious for the Trani team, from whom other moves are expected.
