Will be Perugia to host the fourth tournament of the “Master” category of the Estathé 3×3 Italia Streetbasket Circuit 2024an event dedicated to the men’s and women’s 3×3 Open activity, organized by the Italian Basketball Federation in collaboration with Master Group Sport.
In the Umbrian city, in the splendid setting of Piazza 4 Novembre, is scheduled from 28th to 30th June the DAT 3×3, an unmissable tournament for streetball lovers and created to remember Daniel Anton Taylor, a boy from Umbertide who passed away 15 years ago.
Highly anticipated the slam dunk contestscheduled for Saturday 29 June at 9.30 pm, which last year recorded a presence in the square of over 4,000 people.
As in the 2023 edition, this year too the title sponsor of the federal circuit is Estathe, a Ferrero Group brand that shares with FIP the fundamental values of loyalty, respect and integrity, without forgetting fun. Estathé will be present in all the initiatives and stages of the 2024 circuit to entertain and quench the thirst of fans and enthusiasts.
In Perugia, therefore, not only basketball. Estathé will liven up the breaks between matches by offering prize games for the public in the stands and the mascot Estatheo will encourage those present to cheer on the teams on the field. For the youngest fans, a field with mini-baskets will be set up – next to the Estathé stand – to try their hand at basketball and win numerous Estathé-branded gadgets.
Starting from the Quarter-finals, scheduled for Sunday, the “DAT” matches will be played live streaming on the 3×3 Italia Facebook page.
The Estathé 3×3 Italia Streetbasket Circuit weekend includes many other Classic (Scafati, Chivasso, Piazza Armerina, Arezzo, Cologno Monzese, Desio, Lecce, Francavilla Fontana, Naples) and Basic (Molfetta and Guidonia Montecelio) tournaments.
The Estathé 3×3 Italia Streetbasket Circuit will allow all players to acquire points valid for the FIBA ranking and to qualify for the Estathé 3×3 Italia Finals (Cesenatico, 2 and 3 August) which will award the title of 3×3 Italian Champions.
