L’Zegna Oasis, a nature project in the Biella Alps of Piedmont, represents the ecological dream of Ermenegildo Zegna, founder of the fashion house of the same name.
Starting in the 1930s, Zegna began an ambitious program of reforestation of the mountains surrounding areas, transforming agricultural land into a vast coniferous forest. This initiative has created a unique natural environment, rich in biodiversity, which today serves as an important centre for the scientific research e environmental education.
