Il Group C of the championship of C series comes back to have three Sicilian teams. At the starting line Catania, Messina and the newly promoted Trapani. The Italian Professional Football League has made official both the composition of the three third series groups and the dates of the new season.
The 2024-2025 Serie C will start on Sunday 25 August and the regular season will end on Sunday 27 April 2025. The dates of the play offs and play outs will be communicated later. In group C 20 teams and among these Juventus Next Gen.
One break, three midweek shifts
The new Serie C will have a break on Sunday 29 December, and three midweek fixtures have been scheduled: 25 September, 30 October and 12 March.

The Serie C Italian Cup
Furthermore, the programming of the Italian Serie C Cup has been defined: the two elimination rounds will be held on 11 and 18 August; round of 16 and quarter-finals on 27 November and 18 December; semi-finals with home and away matches on 22 January and 12 February; final in two acts, on 26 March and 9 April. Catania holds the trophy after winning the double final over Padova.
