Helvetia Italia appoints the expert as new Chief Commercial Officer Emanuela Maintain. The company itself announced it in a press release.

In particular, Helvetia Italia Group appoints Emanuela Mantini as Chief Commercial Officer. The manager, with twenty years of experience in the insurance sector, will report to the CEO Roberto Lecciso, and will become part of the Company’s Management Committee. Mantini will have the objective of coordinating the distribution strategy from a multi-channel perspective, involving and managing all the distribution networks of the Helvetia Italia Group. Mantini, which will be operational starting Monday 1st July, has over 23 years of experience in strategy, finance and distribution in the insurance sector.

Who is Emanuela Mantini?

Maintain Comes from Insurance General where, until mid-2024, she held the role of Group Head of Strategy & Business Transformation. In this position, Mantini was responsible for designing and supervising the Group strategy and defining the company’s strategic directions, as well as coordinating and monitoring their implementation. Previously, Mantini was Head of Distribution Innovation and Project Manager at Axa Assicurazioni, taking on the responsibility of defining and implementing strategic projects aimed at giving life to the digital transformation of distribution networks. From 2014 to 2017, Mantini was a member of the board of directors of Widiba, a digital and multichannel bank of the Monte dei Paschi di Siena group. A graduate in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Mantini began her career in 2000 at BNL Investimenti Sim as a financial controller.
