The agreement for the purchase of the educational center of Calandra Street which marks the continuation of the synergy between the Province of Benevento and the University of Sannio. With yesterday’s signature, at Rocca dei Rettorithe Province has thus officially acquired the real estate complex in via Calandra 4, an investment that is part of the broader reconstruction, renovation and energy improvement program of 52 school buildings owned by the Province.

The purchase of the educational center of Calandra Street allows the start of important building works already approved, financed and contracted for three upper secondary schools. The operation now concluded, as reiterated during the conference, aims at various objectives: finding suitable real estate structures for the school offering, reinvesting the financial investment from the University in the local area, meet logistical needs of secondary schools and respond to the growth of the school population.
