High quality wine, gastronomic tastings and the magical call of the Val d’Ayas. The winning proposal that the Tourist Consortium addresses to tourists passionate about food and wine doubles in the summer of 2024 with the event “Val d’Ayas in a glass”, an extraordinary wine tasting to discover the excellence of some of the most renowned wineries in the Aosta Valley and beyond and meet the producers.
For those looking for new taste experiences, there are two events to mark in your diary: July 6from 3pm to 7pm, the event will be held at Champolucin the small square in front of the Office du Tourisme and in the adjacent street.
Here, at the cost of 15 euro, it will be possible to purchase the glass and the glass holder, which will be combined with a platter of cheeses and cured meats, and access the small square for the tasting of six wines from as many producers from Aosta Valley and beyond. The same format and identical program will be repeated on August 17th in the town center of Brusson. Live music will be provided on both afternoons.
The traveling exhibition is larger and more complex Extrawine – Wine & Smiles., now in its third edition, which will be staged in the ancient village of Extrepiéraz, in the Municipality of Brusson on July 27th from 3pm to midnight.
In a dream place you will be able to taste the great Italian wines and then dive into the local excellences, discovering the great quality of Aosta Valley viticulture and also tasting cured meats, cheeses and excellent Madeinvda products.
