REGGIO CALABRIA – “The works on the Pentimele hill are proceeding quickly which, with the restoration of the statue of Saint Paul and the stele with overlapping rocks, the lighting and the works on the connecting road that reaches the Fortini, represent a clear symbol of a politics that is attentive to the suburbs and that wants to transform the Pentimele area into an attractive and tourist center for the entire region – this is what the municipal councilor, Antonino Castorina, says.
“As clarified by the mayor Giuseppe Falcomatà and the councilor Costantino, the entire process of the works on the road connecting Pentimele to the city center can be completed within the period of the Marian holidays, thus creating a real tourist hub in the Pentimele area and attractive which due to logistics, landscape and planned activities will be an attractive relaunch element for
the entire northern area of Reggio Calabria. We believe – concludes Castorian – it is important and urgent to continue this commitment made up of concrete actions and construction sites which are transformed into completed works also with the ordinary maintenance necessary in various areas of the city and which must be included in a planning
