Cremona is preparing to welcome the musical event Volkswagen Stradeejaywhich will kick off the 2024 edition of Summer Thursdays. The large stage on which all the best deejays in the city will rotate is already almost completed in Piazza Stradivari. This year, the theme of the Olympics will be the leitmotif of a series of initiatives that promise to liven up the city centre.

Andrea Badioni, president of Confcommercio Cremona, underlined the social importance of the annual events. “The program encompasses the entire province,” he has declared.
The sixth edition of Stradeejay will start at 9pm in Piazza Stradivari. This year, thanks to teamwork, the event achieved a great result. The main news is the partnership with Volkswagen, which will present the new Golf in Cremona for the first time. The theme of the event, “Flower Power,” it will catapult us back in time to the period of the flower children. The evening will be enlivened by 70s/80s music and an Abba tribute band. Over 40 DJs will be on stage, including the famous Mario Fargetta who will present his new remix of Children of Stars. Presenting the evening were the two Cremonese radio hosts Andrea Marchesi and Michele Mainardi directly from Radio Deejay.
An event not to be missed for lovers of music and culture, which will make Cremona once again the center of attention.
