”However, let’s try to clarify further by taking as an example and model the case of a maximalist doctor of the Single Role of primary care with a choice cycle.

The following must be calculated:

• as arrears 2019 – 0.91 euros per year per patient (therefore for 1,500 patients 1,365 euros);
• as arrears 2020 – 1.43 euros per year per patient (therefore for 1,500 patients 2,145 euros);
• as arrears 2021 – 0.82 euros per year per client to be added to 1.90 euros per year per variable rate client¹ (therefore a total of 4,080 euros);
• as arrears 2022 – 0.82 euros per year per client to be added to 1.90 euros per year per variable rate client¹ (therefore a total of 4,080 euros);
• as arrears 2023 – 0.82 euros per year per assisted person to be added to 1.90 euros per year per assisted person with variable quota¹ (therefore a total of 4,080 euros);

And we therefore arrive at a total of arrears which amounts to over 15,500 euro for the entire reference period 2019-2023 and – we remind you – for a maximalist General Practitioner from 2019.”
