The event will be from 30 October to 3 November with many guests, events for enthusiasts, concerts and exhibitions

The first act, the overture of the next edition of Lucca Comics & Games scheduled from 30 October to 3 November, was staged at the Giunti Odeon bookshop in Florence. The theme of this year’s event is The Butterfly Effect in homage to maestro Puccini, one hundred years after his death but also to the well-known butterfly effect of Chaos Theory which studies how small changes can have big consequences.

There will be three posters for this edition, the first presented in the Florentine setting is dedicated to Tosca, in September the one dedicated to Madama Butterfly will be unveiled while in Lucca on the occasion of the inauguration of the Festival the last poster for the immortal princess will be unveiled Turandot, all three posters are created by Yoshitaka Amano, a great Japanese sensei known for his revolutionary work in the field of animation, video games and contemporary art, an author who will be the protagonist of a retrospective scheduled in Milan from November 13th always edited by Lucca Comics & Games.

On this occasion, the first names and events of the next edition of Lucca Comics & Games were announced where there will be the premiere of the famous Korean TV series broadcast on Netflix Squid Game 2 in the presence of the director, but also the celebrations for the 25 years of One Piece, the exhibition dedicated to D&D as well as the presentation of the new card game dedicated to Star Wars. Lucca will host the creator of Tetris for the 40th anniversary of the famous game and many other international artists and Japanese manga artists. Then there will be space for music with a great concert on November 2nd with many artists and authors of the unforgettable TV and cartoon theme tunes.

Tickets will be on sale starting from July 1st with the early bird formula and new subscriptions and solutions will soon be announced that will resolve the critical issue of long queues, including the new Napoleone pavilion dedicated to Comics which will occupy the entire square.
