The Uil Scuola Rua Trapani promotes a free appeal for its members (and for those who intend to enroll), for the recognition of the year 2013 for the purposes of career progression and salary adjustment. Recently, in fact, the Court of Cassation with an order of 11 June 2024, established the right to rebuild one’s career with recognition in 2013. “For this union – states the general secretary of Uil Scuola Rua Trapani Fulvio Marino – this is a demand maintained over the years without any fear.
As underlined by the general secretary D’Aprile, the matter is one of the most serious in recent years for the world of schools, so much so that we have always remained vigilant by proposing both political and judicial solutions. This claim does not only represent the recognition of an economic advantage, but is the symbol of our trade union action which continues with courage and without fear of daring”. Both permanent school staff (teachers and assistant professors) and already retired school teacher who served before 2013, with a fixed-term or permanent contract.
