Lamezia, “Scacciasogni” by Marcostefano Gallo on June 28th at the Grandinetti Theater

Lamezia Terme – He will be the writer Marcostefano Gallo the protagonist of the second appointment with the “Caudex – Visione literarye” exhibition, the original format that gives the public a multi-sensory experience made up of words, music, theater and dance, capable of involving and exciting. Friday 28 June at 6pmwith free entry, on the stage of Grandinetti Municipal Theater of Lamezia Terme the calabrese writer Marcostefano Gallo will present his latest work “Scacciasogni”, animated by three characters, three magical places, three secrets that only life can reveal. Each in his own way, balanced between day and night, between freedom and the cage.

The author from Mongrassano, who made his debut in fiction in 2007 and is a finalist in the 2024 edition of the Muricello Prize, deals with the themes of solitude, in its various declinations, of Calabria and the need for dreams in his works. Dialogue with the writer will be Sabrina Pugliese, artistic director of “Caudex – Visioni literarye”, while the actors Angela Gaetano, Eugenio Pino, Giuliano Cirillo, Michele Muraca, Fedora Cacciatore and Rosy Vergori will bring his work to life. All enlivened by the singing of Giuliana Tenuta, accompanied by the percussionist Antonio Staropoli. The book is in fact a living story, because in its words there is a story but above all more “souls”: that of the writer and that of the story itself, which will be represented through performances of multiple art styles, in order to live as an emotional and multisensory experience. The long-awaited event, included in the “Vacantiandu 2024” project, whose artistic direction is entrusted to Enrico Palmieri and Nicola Morelli, is a candidate for the “2024 Cultural Promotion Events” notice financed with R
