The mayor himself, Luigi Manzoni, who understands the citizens’ “concerns”, spoke about the poor participation of the citizens, but the Municipality and the other actors “are working as never before on the phenomenon of bradyseism, and we must provide security by carrying out the activities that we are putting in place”, he says.

I also reflect on the fact that we are carrying out exercises and at the same time we are experiencing a state of emergency in Pozzuoli, so this could be one of the causes. Communication to citizens about this simulation has been made – concludes the mayor – now I think we need to actually understand the reasons for this low participation”.
