A weekend is approaching when the Trieste Athletics Aps he will be the protagonist with different roles on multiple fronts. As organizer, President Tria’s company will organize the 23rd City of Trieste Meeting in Cologna on Saturday. In La Spezia they will instead take part in the Italian Championships Emiliano Brigante (10 km of road travel), Luigi Reis (same competition), Martino De Nardi (3000 hedges), Enrico Sancin (100 meters) as well as some “old” acquaintances, now turned professionalas Paolo Messina (Yellow Flames, 400 m), Jacopo De Marchi (Army, 5000 myself Simone Biasutti (Yellow Flames, triple jump).
But next weekend’s cover character will definitely be the Paralympic thrower Emanuele Pangher, FIDAL member with Trieste Atletica and FISPES with Aspet Siracusa, who will take part in the Italian Championships of the Italian Paralympic and Experimental Sports Federation of track athletics. In Brescia, 168 athletes and 18 guides, coming from 45 companies, will compete. The student of Fabio Mandarà will compete on Saturday in the javelin throw and discus. “This event is certainly one of the most anticipated moments of this season. I am in good shape, despite having had to manage a bothersome shoulder injury with my team in recent months. I won’t hide it, in Brescia I want to improve my Italian records in both disciplines”, said Emanuele Pangher, who this year was able to throw the discus at 41.07 and the javelin at the new Italian record of 37.44.
