The attention raised by the Tuttoggi.info investigation into the ‘Terni Case’ and the Prisciano dust is producing a strong political reaction. This morning, July 26, the mayor of Terni, Stefano Bandecchi, carried out a blitz in the Prisciano neighborhood in the Terni Est area. After the confrontation with the “Prisciano Terni Est Committee”, Bandecchi had promised a visit and kept the word. The mayor saw first-hand the reality that we have been documenting for some time and was impressed by the dust phenomenon, illustrated with the simple magnet experiment. Together with the mayor there were the councilors for Economic Development, Sergio Cardinali and for Civil Protection, Marco Schenardi, who were also impressed by the problem experienced by the residents of the eastern area of the city. The mayor confirmed to the citizens that he has taken action with all the relevant bodies, Local Health Authority, Harp and Fire Brigade in particular.
Terni case, summit in the Municipality
Meanwhile, yesterday, June 25, a summit was held in the Municipality on the topic of the dust from Prisciano and the pollution situation in Terni, which was also attended by managers of the Local Health Authority. According to what TO has learned, there was talk of monitoring and, specifically, of the dust from Prisciano, a question that Mayor Bandecchi intends to get to the bottom of. We will see, therefore, if with the intervention of the mayor, the Local Health Authority will continue not to respond to requests for data from the Committee, which certainly does not intend to give up the fight. Bandecchi was also surprised that the representatives of the Committee were not at the table and promised that in the next meetings, citizens will also be present at the technical tables.

Mayor Bandecchi, literally touching the dust of Prisciano with his hands, was impressed by the phenomenon, thanks also to the magnet experiment. Bandecchi didn’t have time to place the magnet on the dust and it immediately stuck. “This is just the beginning – Bandecchi told the residents of Prisciano – the problem must be solved and I will definitely return”. From what TO has learned, in the next few days, Bandecchi himself could make sensational decisions to stem the current situation. We will see.
