Municipality of Bari – Popular initiative legislative proposals and repealing referendums: collection of signatures at the electoral office

The Demographic, Electoral and Statistical Services division announces that at the electoral office in Corso Vittorio Veneto n. 4, Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 12pm and Thursday from 9am to 12pm and from 3.30pm to 5pmit is possible to subscribe to signature collections for:

– le legislative proposals of popular initiative regarding:

1. Right to freedom of cash payment (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
2. Right to self-produce food (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
3. Stop gender indoctrination in schools (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
4. Right to life, maternity income, support for the suffering (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
5. Elimination of 500 billion of waste and bad politics
6. Provisions for the establishment of the minimum wage (subscription deadline 15 October 2024)
7. Abolition of interdiction and disqualification; support administration reform (subscription deadline 15 November 2024)
8. Reintroduction of preferences in the multi-member constituencies of the House and Senate (subscription deadline 5 September 2024)

– i abrogation referendums regarding:

1. Permanent employment contract with increasing protections (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
2. Individual layoffs (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
3. Employment contracts and revision of the legislation regarding the duties of others (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
4. Protection of health and safety in the workplace (subscription deadline 1 July 2024)
5. Repeal of joint voting between single-member candidates and multi-member lists (subscription deadline 5 September 2024)
6. Abolition of multiple nominations: each candidate in a single single-member and/or multi-member constituency (subscription deadline 5 September 2024)
7. All parties, even those in parliament, must collect signatures for nominations (subscription deadline 5 September 2024)
8. No access thresholds for autonomous lists and coalitions (subscription deadline 5 September 2024)
