POMEZIA – BAN ON ACCESS TO URBAN AREAS NOTIFIED BY THE CARABINIERI
11 YOUNG PEOPLE.
POMEZIA (RM) – The Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the
Pomezia Company notified 11 boys, most of them
such as minors and of Italian and foreign nationality, the measure of
urban area ban prevention, otherwise known as
“Daspo urban”, issued by the Police Commissioner of Rome.
In particular the Carabinieri, following various investigative activities carried out
in recent months, which have allowed us to collect elements
investigations against the young people, all found to be involved, in various capacities,
in several episodes of fights and damage committed in the municipality of Pomezia,
have requested and obtained the prevention measure, by virtue of which i
recipients were banned from frequenting the perimeter of the center
citizen for a period ranging from 1 to 3 years, with the aim of
safeguard public order and safety.
Among other things, in the month of last March, again within the same framework
controls against bad nightlife, the Carabinieri of the Operational Unit and
Radiomobile of Pomezia had also proposed and obtained the temporary one
closure of a private club and a refreshment point under a
provision issued by the Police Commissioner pursuant to art. 100 TULPS against the two
public establishments considered a meeting place for violent young people.
The city center area, therefore, will continue to be the subject of intense protests
checks by the Carabinieri patrols to verify compliance
of the measures and thus safeguard the safety of the disturbed citizens
from the events in which the boys were protagonists.
