Imola, in his mother’s house despite the ban: 55-year-old arrested

Trouble for a 55-year-old from Imola, arrested by the police on charges of violating the ban on approaching places frequented by the offended person.

Not for mistreatment towards the cohabiting partner, the minor children or the ex-wife as, unfortunately, happens more and more recently also in Imola, but towards the elderly mother.

The man was, in fact, surprised by the police in the city in the woman’s apartment, despite the provision issued last April by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Bologna, on the order of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, with which the 55-year-old he had been forced to leave the family home due to his deplorable behavior.

During the immediate trial, the arrest was validated by the judge who ordered a further precautionary measure for the man, namely the ban on residence in the territories of the municipalities of Imola and Fontanelice. The latter country where the now exasperated mother moved following the behavior of her son.

The “tip-off” to the police came thanks to a phone call to 112 from some condominium owners who, hearing strange noises coming from inside the woman’s apartment and fearing the presence of thieves in the condominium, became frightened since in theory the house it should have been empty after the old woman moved.

Once inside, the soldiers surprised the 55-year-old who was expecting everything except the arrival of the police. The man, however, in the face of their insistent questions, was unable to provide a valid justification as to why he was in the house at that moment or even what he was doing.

Suspicious of such reticence, the police immediately carried out a thorough investigation, discovering that the 55-year-old was in fact subjected to the precautionary measure and that he couldn’t even enter that house.
