Much of the internal area surrounding the pine forest was the subject of fires.” This is what Giuseppe Gigliotti of Italia Nostra Lamezia Terme denounces in a note regarding the situation, reported by some citizens to the association, in the Ginepri area where “talking about third world – adds Gigliotti – is a euphemism”.
