The Regional Council, meeting in an ordinary session, on the proposal of President Marco Marsilio, approved the draft deed of attribution and transfer for free from State property to the Abruzzo Region of the real estate complex called “ex Bucciante barracks” of Chieti, intended to the creation of an integrated cultural hub within the Masterplan.
FSC savings reprogrammed for a total of €230,980.00, resources allocated to the “Pescara Airport – Completion of State Bodies Flight Department Areas” intervention.
The five-year framework agreement scheme has been approved which contemplates the relationships between the Gabriele d’Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara and the Abruzzo Region for the carrying out of internships with training and orientation purposes at the Brussels headquarters.
Licensed memorandum of understanding between the Abruzzo Region and TERNA SpA regarding a collaboration for the sharing of information and knowledge on the analysis of sector, national and regional legislation on energy, environmental, urban planning and landscaping.
Approved memorandum of understanding between the Abruzzo Region and ENEA (National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development) aimed at promoting energy efficiency and sustainable energy services, the improvement of regional legislation on the matter and collaboration for the purposes of developing regional standards on energy efficiency.
On the proposal of the vice president with responsibility for Agriculture, Emanuele Imprudente, the resolution of the Sirente Velino Park Authority approving the PIAO, the three-year plan of personnel needs and the three-year performance plan, was deemed consistent with the guidelines and objectives set by the Abruzzo Region.
On the proposal of the councilor for soil protection, Umberto D’Annuntiis, the draft agreement between the Abruzzo Region and the district Basin Authority (AdB) of the central Apennines for the revision and updating of the hazard cartography of the defense excerpt plan has been approved from floods in the regional catchment areas of Abruzzo (SalineFino and Alento) and the Sangro River basin.
The amount that the Region undertakes to pay to the AdB is equal to 579 thousand euros, of which 278,160.00 will be valid for the 2024 financial year and 243,390.00 for 2025 and 57,950.00.
On the proposal of the Councilor for Budget and Personnel, Mario Quaglieri, Pierpaolo Pescara, regional manager, was given the role of director of the “Territory-Environment” department of the Abruzzo Region.
Approved change to the financial forecast budget 2024-2026 regarding:
1) Financing of the Ri.CR.EA Project – Redevelopment of the CRUA for Agri-food Ecosystems. €600,000.00
2) Public Notice Interventions to support artisan businesses affected by the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency. Structural and technological relaunch and modernization. €2,907,658.06
3) PNRR. Digital strategies and platforms for cultural heritage. Digitization of cultural heritage. €63,813.08
4) Municipality of Canistro (AQ) – Reopening of the hydraulic section of the Liri River within the town and improvement of the bank defenses of the tributaries: Rio Sparto torrent and Fosso della Mola. €42,540.93
5) Compensation in favor of subjects damaged by irreversible complications due to compulsory vaccinations, transfusions and administration of blood products referred to in Law 210/1992. €1,632,629.43
6) Ethics Committee of the Abruzzo Region for clinical trials of medicines. Pharmaceutical company rates. €13,456.00
The draft agreement between the Abruzzo Region and the Italian Roller Sports Federation (FISR) has been approved, to which LR no. 4/2024 assigned a contribution of €2,000,000.00 for the organization in Abruzzo of the 4th edition of the ‘World Skate Games Italia 2024’, postponing the regulation of the additional contribution of €1,000,000.00 to a further supplementary agreement . The event will take place from 30 August to 22 September 2024 in the cities of Roccaraso (Inline Hockey), Montesilvano (Skating Race on Track, Marathon, and Roller Derby), Pescara (100 mt. and Marathon Skating Race), Sulmona (Skating Race on Strada), Chieti (Inline Slalom), Tortoreto (Inline Downhill and Skateboarding Downhill) and Francavilla al Mare (Maratona Pattinaggio Corsa).
Acknowledgment of the program of initiatives to be carried out in 2024 relating to the “FIR-Abruzzo Region partnership 2024-2026” project. The draft agreement with the Italian Rugby Federation (FIR) for the implementation of the project which will be carried out in various locations in Abruzzo from 2024 to 2026 has been approved, the management of the contribution assigned with LR no. 4/2024 equal to €200,000.00 for each of the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.
On the initiative of the Health Councillor, Nicoletta Verì, the negotiating delegation was established for the purposes of negotiating and stipulating regional supplementary agreements for general practitioners.
On the proposal of the Councilor for Education, Roberto Santangelo, the 2024/2026 budget forecast and the 2024/2026 program plan of the company for the right to university studies in L’Aquila were approved.
