For the family, as local newspapers report, it is a low sentence which however recognizes the “violence against the baby athletes was a working method and not an exceptional event”. To the condemned woman (who justified herself by claiming that it was a working method), assisted bylawyer Luigi Fadaltiwere inflicted in the first instance 2 months in prison (maximum sentence is 6) with conditional suspension and the granting of mitigating circumstances.
