The whirlwind could be seen clearly from Badia Polesine, it formed around 11, 11.15 at the height of Rovigo Nord and swept away everything it found beneath it, causing enormous damage, today 25 June.

The whirlwind moved quickly towards the hamlets of Boara Polesine and then further towards Cantonazzo and Granzette. Finally to Lusia and Lendinara.
In Cantonazzo a tree broke when it fell on a car. Fortunately there were no injuries.

The Marabin Bridge closed in Rovigo, submerged by water a local police car is placed at the entrance to ensure that no car passes under it.
