At the age of thirty he was elected mayor of Bondeno (in the Ferrara area), where he was then confirmed for a second mandate with 65% of the votes. In 2012 he was deputy commissioner for the reconstruction after the earthquake in Emilia. Already mayor of Ferrara in June 2019 – the first centre-right in Ferrara after over seventy years – he was reconfirmed in the June 2024 elections with a large majority. In fact, 57.88% of Ferrara residents voted for Alan Fabbri’s coalition with 40,921 votes out of a total of 72,288 voters (67.6% of members). The Alan Fabbri Mayor civic list won – alone – 30.56%, with 20,934 votes.

Provincial President of Fratelli d’Italia and National Director of the Youth Movement of Giorgia Meloni’s Party.
Nicola Lodi

Born in Cento, 49 years old, he was deputy mayor of Ferrara and councilor with responsibility for Hamlets, Security, Mobility, Urban Regeneration, Urban Planning, Construction, Civil Protection and Palio in the first mandate of the Fabbri Council. Since 2017 he has been a member of the League, a party in which he was municipal secretary.
Angela Travagli

54 years old, from Ferrara from Porotto, she was also a councilor in Fabbri’s previous mandate. Among his interventions (2019-24): the valorisation of the municipal real estate assets (Studentato all’Ippodromo, the former Porotto Aqueduct and the Greengrocer’s House, new headquarters of the Employment Centre, Tebaldi Library, new association offices …) and the challenge of the De.CO brand as a lever for territorial marketing and sustainable tourism, as well as the support of production activities, local trade and the valorisation of agricultural businesses and the consumption of seasonal products. After 24 years of waiting, you have ‘revolutionised’ the sector of commerce in the public area with a new regulation, as well as having contributed to giving a new organizational structure to the staff, services and offices, with a generational change of the PA.

45 years old, he worked at the Ferrara Chamber of Commerce and subsequently held the role of banking consultant and branch manager. Elected city councilor in the 2014 administrative elections, he served as president of the General and Institutional Affairs, Budget and Economic Activities commission of the city council. Since 2019 he has been municipal councilor for budget and accounting, shareholdings, trade and tourism.

Marco Gulinelli

Already councilor of the Municipality of Ferrara since 2019, he has been a freelancer since 1994. He has worked in the sector for institutions and important local entities. Born in Portomaggiore, 64 years old, lives in Ferrara. Passionate about music, photography, art and literature, he has published two books for Corbo Editore and La nave di Teseo. His two dreams (which came true) were: to bring Bruce Springsteen to Ferrara and to open the Space-Museum dedicated to Michelangelo Antonioni. During his first mandate, 53 exhibitions were held in the city, which promoted great authors and photographers and valorized local artists.

38 years old, originally from Licata (Agrigento), he has lived and worked in Ferrara since his university days. In the previous council, he spent particular time on the topic of healthcare, as provincial and municipal councillor, group leader and president of the third council commission.
Chiara Scaramagli

56 years old from Ferrara, lawyer, has worked mainly in the sector of family and minors law. Founding councilor of the Juvenile Chamber of Ferrara since 2012, already a candidate for Fratelli d’Italia also in the 2019 municipal elections, she is municipal coordinator of Fratelli d’Italia and deputy provincial coordinator, she has mainly dealt with healthcare. He was part of the Board of Directors of Acer Ferrara.
