In Reggio Calabria the conference “Organisation of judicial offices, role of the judge and contribution of the legal profession”

The conference which will be held in Reggio Calabria on 28 and 29 June at the Confindustria headquarters, organized by the Independent Judiciary with the collaboration of the Council of the Bar Association and the Mediterranean University, aims, through the contributions of the various professionals of the judicial world, to take stock of the organizational measures and regulatory proposals aimed at impacting the efficiency of the administration of justice and the judicial system.

The role of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria is important, which, through the participation of the Department of Law, Economics and Human Sciences, wants to represent the extreme relevance of the issues and the interest in providing its students with the tools for knowledge more in-depth study of central themes for those approaching the various issues related to the jurisprudential professions.

The transversality of the contributions is also represented by the comparison between exponents of the Milan Bar in its various components who, in the participatory dialogue with lawyers and judges of Reggio Calabria, will offer an overall vision of the organizational tools and innovations introduced by the recent reforms enriched from peculiar territorial experiences.

The conference also sees a large female representation from the legal world of Reggio and Milan and fully embraces the idea that to allow an effective justice response, the judicial organization must be understood as a shared system, created with the contributions of all the actors of the jurisdiction: judiciary, lawyers, administrative staff, economic and social operators.

The conference, therefore, is intended as a moment of qualified discussion on the most current issues of judicial organization and policy and is aimed mainly at legal practitioners and university law students but also at citizens interested in the world of justice.

Participation in the event, consisting of three thematic sessions, confers training credits for lawyers.
