DAMIANO CARRARA, born in 1985 in Lucca, where he had his first professional experiences, settled in California in 2008; here, after a few years of working as a manager in various restaurant establishments, together with his brother Massimiliano he opened the Carrara Pastries pastry shops. In this period Damiano also created his own import-export company, to bring products for his pastry shops from Italy, and a centralized kitchen. After some television experiences in the United States, in 2017 he returned to Italy and became a judge on Bake Off Italia on Real Time. He then hosts the Cake Star programs.
