Very heavy rain hit the city and several areas of the province in the late afternoon.
In Self-cise stagnations of water are reported between Fornovo and Borgotaro, while between Borgotaro and Fornovo, from km 34+500 to km 33+500, there is a queue of one kilometer due to flooding.
In the afternoon, an accident was also reported at km 40+700 between Borgotaro and Fornovo, towards Parma.
In A1 it rains between Fiorenzuola and Reggio Emilia, with queues at times (particularly in the Fidenza area).

Organized thunderstorms are forecast for Tuesday 25 June, locally also of strong intensity with possible damage and associated effects. Precipitation may generate localized landslides, runoff on the slopes and rapid increases in hydrometric levels in watercourses, close to thresholds 2 in the basins of the central sector of the region.
Bad weather on the Reggio Emilia Apennines: flooded roads and some isolated houses
Roads interrupted by rain and landslides in the Reggio area and in particular in Lupazzo, Municipality of Toano, ten houses are isolated due to a landslide of debris on the road. The inhabitants are safe and the police have also intervened, restoration is underway .
In the Gatta hamlet of Castelnovo Monti due to a stream at risk of flooding, firefighters, local forestry police and carabinieri from the operational and mobile unit of the Castelnovo company were on site, and a small bridge obstructing the flow of the stream was knocked down.
