LATINA – After 7 years, TTSFood returns to Latina and for this occasion it will set up its format in a new location that has never been used as an event space. Surrounded by greenery, by many trees and in the shade of the lake with its lotus flowers, Parco San Marco will be the summer location that will host the largest restaurant under the stars in Latina. A surprising event to say the least, full of flavour, surprises and lots of healthy fun for the whole family.

Parco San Marco, located between via Aprilia and via Dr. Vincenzo Rossetti, on 21-22-23 June 2024, thanks to the magic of the TTS team, will be transformed into a large village dedicated to street food for an unmissable event for food lovers. “on the road” genre and an opportunity not to be missed for those who want to become part of the great tribe of lovers of food and the unique atmospheres that only Street Food can offer.

A festival where you can taste delicacies that will make the heads of adults and children spin. For the Latina stage, in fact, a team of 25 street chefs of absolute value was selected. The best of the national panorama for a menu full of true excellence. You will see raw materials transformed, expressly before your eyes, into gourmet dishes. Delicious and fried appetizers of all kinds. Traditional regional first courses and incredible novelties to savor with friends and relatives. Meat and fish cooked by real grill masters. Desserts, vegan and gluten free specialties and dishes from all over the world. Unique, captivating flavors and great classics from the most popular cuisines.

It will be pleasant to immerse yourself in the greenery and with many seats made available you will be able to undertake sensorial journeys into the world of gastronomy for a superior quality experience. You can choose your dish, letting yourself be carried away by the play of light, music and an exclusive, pleasant, relaxing and tasty atmosphere.

WHAT WILL YOU FIND?

The 25 Street Chefs will compete between fires and pans to transform classics into mouth-watering gourmet dishes. They will tell the story of our peninsula through extraordinary reinterpretations, such as sandwiches with shredded scottona meat cooked at low temperature. Sandwiches with fish delicacies, tuna, roasted octopus, fried anchovies, baby octopus, calamari and cod. From Sicily, cannoli, arancine, bread and panelle, sfincione, “pane ca meusa” and grilled stigghiole. Landing in Puglia, with authentic bombette cooked on a spit, artisanal puccia stuffed with vegetables, octopus and burrata, panzerotti and home-made Barese focaccia. Going up the peninsula we reach the Marche, with Ascoli olives (also in a vegan version), freshly fried truffle mozzarella and Ascoli cremini. From a Tuscan farm, excellent Maremma breed burgers. Then passing through Abruzzo, tasting real sheep’s roasts cooked on the grill. Sandwiches with black Iberian pork meat with different toppings. And how can we not mention the legendary artichoke alla giudia? But it doesn’t end here…

“WINKING THE EYE AT FOREIGN CUISINE”

The international proposals on our menu are waiting to be discovered! As in real American steak houses, you can enjoy a slow smoked BBQ with pork ribs, chicken wings, pulled pork and much more. From Mexico nachos, burritos, tacos and margaritas. From Argentina the famous Asado cooked on the grill, both on the plate and in the sandwich and also the original empanadas. To then dock in Spain tasting the real Valencian Paella, cooked in the traditional pan, corn parcels with jamon serrano ham and patatas bravas (gluten free) and obviously excellent sangria.
