Merate: Davide Perego on the podium of Monza-Resegone

A man from Merate reached the top step of the podium at Monza-Resegone, which took place on the evening of Saturday 22 June. It’s Dgreedy Peregowho together with Andrea Soffientini and Roberto Patuzzo formed the trio The Running Club of Luino, which completed the 42 kilometers in 3 hours 9 minutes and 57 seconds.

The race, held one hundred years after its birth, was as always exciting for everyone, runners and non-runners alike. Around 900 athletes participated by running from the Arengario di Monza to the top of Resegone. In the end, in fact, it was The Running Club from Luino who triumphed, followed by the ASD Go Market trio from Molteno, who completed the race in 3 hours 24 minutes and 49 seconds and the Autocogliati A team from Lecco, who crossed the finish in 3 hours 28 minutes 37 seconds.

Behind the first three teams are Gabetti Monza Semperdicorsa from Monza, Affari&Sport A from Villasanta, Polisportiva Moving Fornaio from Lissone, I Dolci di Ivan A from Briosco, L’Aries Como Athletic Team, Missultini Como and finally Df Sport Specialist Uragani from Barzanò who took 10th place in the trio ranking.

As regards the relay, the ranking was led by Affari&Sport/Metaltherm of Villasanta with a time of 2 hours 43 minutes and 37 seconds, with ASD Daini Carate Brianza running in 2 hours 56 minutes and 27 seconds. and the Polisportiva Moving Fit Therapy Tecnology of Lissone which achieved a time of 2 hours 58 minutes and 12 seconds. Followed by 3Asen Fisiorun.it of Lecco, laa Enervit Affari & Sport of Villasanta, Mb Runners of Monza, Studio Termotecnico Carissimi of Bergamo, Runners Desio A, Capanna Monza of Lecco and Cavalli Pazzi of Merate.
