Summer market in turmoil for GesanCom Marsala Volley which deals its market blows for the creation of the 2024/25 roster by ensuring the sporting performances of the expert player Asya Zingoni. Pisana, born in 1999, the Tuscan central defender has already been part of winning teams that landed her in Serie A2 as a protagonist and will have no difficulty fitting into that segment of the pitch which is the center of the net which gave so much satisfaction last season to the Libyan fans. Asya Zingoni, you started the youth team with the Pisans of San Miniato up to the under 16 level and finished them on the shores of the Adriatic in Jesolo. Then, she immediately won two B1 Championships, as evidence of her technical qualities, she played them in Quarrata in the Pistoia area in the 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons. It’s the moment of the leap in quality that doesn’t take long to arrive for Asya with the call from Altino with whom she wins the B1, arriving in the following season with the same shirt in the A2 series. In 2022/23 the Lecce team from Melendugno aspire to her A2 and hire her at the center of the net, she will win her championship that year too, demonstrating more and more the goodness of her game. Lastly, last season, an excellent B1 Championship in Sardinia with Capo D’Orso Palau. “When I received the call from GesanCom Marsala Volley, a company that needs no introduction, I couldn’t say no.
