Dario Cremonesi is the new Healthcare Director of the Parma University Hospital. This is a newly established management figure who works in close synergy with the general management with the aim of contributing to the overall governance of the welfare, rehabilitation, technical-healthcare and prevention functions. With the establishment of the care management, the healthcare professions participate as protagonists in corporate strategic planning.
The new director will have the task of achieving health objectives and promoting quality of care, to govern a change that requires flexibility and qualification of healthcare professions with increasingly close integration between hospital and territory.
“The health professions participate in the definition of a healthcare increasingly tailored to the needs of patients, needs that require a multidisciplinary vision on the part of health professionals to respond to new fragilities”, states the new healthcare director Dario Cremonesi who believes the humanization of care an essential element of the healthcare, technical, rehabilitative and preventive role.
Since June 1st, Dario Cremonesi has also been appointed pro tempore director of the inter-company University Hospital and Territory structure.

Welfare director of the University Hospital
After graduating in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences from the State University of Milan in 2013, she perfected her education with two master’s degrees in management, one of which at the SDA of Bocconi.
His professional experience began as an emergency room nurse at Sant’Anna in Como in 2003 and continued at the 2nd Anesthesia and Resuscitation Service – 118 operations center and air ambulance (2008-2015) where he gained experience as an instructor, tutor, training coordinator and teacher in out-of-hospital rescue. He has been a manager of the healthcare professions continuously since 2019 – first at the University Hospital of Parma, then at the ASP Pio Albergo Trivulzio in Milan and then at the territorial social and healthcare company of Milan North – to continue again at the Maggiore of Parma in the Intercompany Emergency and Urgency Department.
From 1 June 2024 he is appointed Care Director of the University Hospital of Parma, bringing the healthcare professions into the strategic management of the company, according to the new regional model.
She teaches at the Master’s Degree Course in Nursing Sciences at Humanitas in Milan. He was president of the Order of Nursing Professions of Como and boasts various publications in the sector of specialization and attendance at conferences and conventions as a speaker and moderator.
