Resources of 102 million allocated to the Municipalities. Application on the IT platform at https://avvisibandi.sport.governo.it, open from 12pm on 15 September 2024 to 12pm on 31 October 2024. Municipalities will be able to register on the platform in advance from 15 July 2024.
Anci reports that the Sport and Suburbs 2024 call is online on the Department for Sport website. The resources allocated for 2024 amount to 102 million euros allocated to municipal projects, of which:
- €37,000,000 to finance, as part of the Sport and Suburbs 2023 Notice, approximately a further 55 interventions in favor of Municipalities with up to 100,000 inhabitants (to whom it was dedicated last year) who, despite being eligible, did not benefit from the financing in 2023 due to exhaustion of resources. Lthe publication of those entitled will take place in the next few days, as soon as the evaluation phase currently underway is completed;
- €65,000,000 for the new Sport and Suburbs Notice 2024, intended for municipalities with a population greater than 100,000 inhabitants.
The financeable interventions must provide, as a priority, the recovery of existing sports facilities in degraded areas of cities, through safety measures, the removal of architectural barriers and energy efficiency, but also the construction of new sports facilities.
The application for admission to financing must be completed on the IT platform accessible at https://avvisibandi.sport.governo.it, open from 12.00 on 15 September 2024 to 12.00 on 31 October 2024. Municipalities will be able to register on the platform in advance from 15 July 2024.
