In Fano, a seaside town in the province of Pesaro, a couple was killed in their home, the son of the couple raising the alarm. The man who found the 70 and 75 year old parents is now under questioning. The investigators have no doubt that it was a double murder.
The 70-year-old woman died of suffocation, while her 75-year-old husband attempted to defend himself with all his strength but was hit in the chest by a heavy object and died after losing a lot of blood.
It was the forty-year-old son, who lives in an apartment on the floor above his parents’, who raised the alarm on 112: he told the police that he was unrelated to the double murder. The magistrate on duty, Maria Letizia Fucci, and forensic personnel are present at the scene of the murder.
The house at auction
The victims Giuseppe, known as Giorgio, Ricci and his wife Luisa Marconi today had to hand over their 75 m2 house, which went up for auction last September and sold to a plumber for around 60 thousand euros.
