Treviso, fake qualifications for school collaborators, 25 reported for ideological falsehood | Today Treviso | News

TREVISO – The Fiamme Gialle of the Provincial Command of Treviso have concluded an investigation, which led to 25 people being reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for ideological falsity committed by a private individual in a public act.

The investigation, which constitutes a development of the 2021 “101 cum laude” operation (in which it had already been ascertained that 101 people had falsely certified that they had obtained professional qualification diplomas with a mark of 100 cents), affected the service qualifications that the candidates in the competition announced by the MIUR (pursuant to the Decree of 30.08. 2017), valid for the purposes of hiring, on a fixed-term basis, ATA school staff (Administrative, Technical, Auxiliary), have declared that they have achieved at two private schools in Campania.

In previous investigations, coordinated by Public Prosecutor’s Office of Nocera Inferioreit had in fact emerged that these institutes, managed by “fixers” orbiting in the world of private schools, were nothing more than mere “diploma factories” and not, therefore, school complexes active in the provision of regular educational activities.

The checks, carried out by the Treviso financiers by cross-referencing the results of the investigations carried out in Nocera Inferiore with the data of the competitors, therefore revealed the positions of 25 candidates, who falsely certified that they had served for several months/years at these “diploma factories”. , benefiting from scores useful for illicitly overtaking, in the general ranking, those who had declared qualifications actually obtained.

This expedient allowed them, in two-year period 2018/2020to secure employment – as school collaborators – at various schools in Treviso.

Measures to terminate the employment contract have already been adopted by school office managers against collaborators, administrative assistants and technicians without qualifications; now those reported will have to defend themselves from criminal charges for false conduct, punished with imprisonment of up to two years.
