The strong German defender has left Borussia and is wanted by Roma. There is, however, a new Italian suitor.

Como is owned by the wealthy Indonesian Hartono brothers. The Como’s ambition is to become a top-level club in Italy in the coming years. The former strong Spanish midfielder ended his career on the pitch right on the shores of Lake Como and fully embraced the Como team’s cause.
With the opening of the next summer transfer market, set for Monday 1st July, Como will formalize Andrea Belotti’s arrival from Roma. The two clubs and the player’s entourage have reached an agreement, setting the transfer at 5 million euros. Belotti leaves Roma after 2 seasons, with 10 goals scored in 68 games played. In the second half of last year, Gallo was sent on loan to Fiorentina.
Como tries to steal Hummels from Roma
In addition to Andrea Belotti, however, Como is also trying to reach the strong German defender Mats Hummels. The central defender did not renew with Borussia Dortmund after the Champions League final lost against Real Madrid. In exactly one week, therefore, he will be released and free to join any club.
And here it is Como presented the player’s entourage with a rich offer of around 3 million euros per year to Mats Hummels. There would be interest in the German from many Italian clubs and beyond, including Roma. Hummels was not called up for the home European Championships currently underway and will shortly make known his intentions for the next few years.
